She also organised a medical hackathon, Hackmed, where they were given resources to build something in 24 hours! On top of all this has been nominated for The Nova Prize with TheTab which is an award in recognition of females who have contributed to STEM!

She is a key member of the Women in Tech community, being the founder of @EmpowerWithTech. The Leeds based organisation posts articles, hosts events and creates mentoring schemes all with the main aim of promoting STEM Role Models!
