Welcome  to Tech Factor! A monthly celebration of Hollerings’ favourite and most engaging tweeters.

Each month will focus on a different sector of the Digital and IT industry to showcase the most talented influencers on Twitter.

This month we have a range of international women who are dominating the tech sphere and tweeting as they go…

Pauline Narvas is influencer to all tech lovers, 3.6K to be exact! She has helped teach over 200 students, with little-to-no coding experience, on how to build their own websites.

She also organised a medical hackathon, Hackmed, where they were given resources to build something in 24 hours! On top of all this  has been nominated for The Nova Prize with TheTab which is an award in recognition of females who have contributed to STEM!

Above all you will love Pauline’s mix of DevOps, female empowerment and a reality check on what its like to be a hardworking graduate.

Natasha Sayce-Zelem is the Head of Technology at Sky and has an impressive 2.9K followers!

She is a key member of the Women in Tech community, being the founder of @EmpowerWithTech. The Leeds based organisation posts articles, hosts events and creates mentoring schemes all with the main aim of promoting STEM Role Models!

Beckie Taylor is proud to be a Woman in Tech with 1.7K followers.

She was also a Finalist for the Woman in IT awards. Beckie is showing how technology, leadership and entrepreneurship can all work hand in hand, having  created a business called CLOS Consultancy. The brand works on helping start-ups use the right tools to get started.
